Motion Graphics

Motion graphics is a truly powerful tool when it comes to commercial branding and marketing animation.

On television, it serves as a dynamic element in show openings, channel branding, and information delivery through bumpers and lower-thirds.

It seamlessly integrates into forecast screens and virtual backgrounds on news programs, enriching the viewer experience.

In advertising, especially on social media, motion graphics excel in conveying complex narratives and creating visually engaging content, effectively distinguishing brands from competitors.

Moreover, motion graphics extend beyond traditional media, finding utility in animated menus at fast-food chains, projected signage in airports, and event displays, showcasing its versatility across various contexts.

INSTAGRAM READY PUBLICATIONS

In my teen years, I created A LOT on YouTube after discovering Natalie Lynn. I developed the habit of making short curated versions of the video for social media, this built myself strong skills in 2D motion design, b-rolls and build rhythm in films.

MOTION BROADCAST INTRODUCTIONS

For a filmmaker, I'll say I'm great at creating smooth and coherent introduction in motion graphics for shows, series, podcasts...

Sure, a full time 2D/3D artist has a lot more experience and skills in this field than me but those strong bases can really improve teamwork and communication between me and graphist designers on shoot.

And if we're working with a small number, I can totally put on the designer cap aside from filming.

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

Known for my adaptability and versatility in catering to diverse audiences, my expertise extends far beyond music videos and short films, encompassing the creation of comprehensive corporate and serious video content. A testament to this adaptability is my work marketing to Singapore Airlines for the brand SKYTED, which not only captured their attention but also secured a significant contract, they then trusted me with the conceptualization of their booth at the CES 2024 in Las Vegas. Highlighting my ability to pivot seamlessly between creative and corporate spheres.

OVERLAYS AND TYPES

As much of a perfectionist as I am, I never stop until I am proud of what I'm working on.

In motion graphics, this translates into great attention to detail in visuals, their quality, and their "smoothness".

Strangely enough, I have always been fascinated by television channel graphic identities, their animations, openers... even though they are supposed to be invisible and subconscious to a normal audience.

And I now use all this long-standing inspiration in my creations as an adult.

The poster is often the first visual encounter a spectator has with a film, serving as a crucial gateway to the cinematic experience. Similarly, on social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram, thumbnails play the initial point of contact that can pique curiosity and draw viewers into the content.

My proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator in addition to Premiere Pro and After Effects allows me to design posters and thumbnails with compelling visuals that not only captivate attention but also effectively communicate the unique narrative and aesthetic of each film.
